I came across these books on my shelf yesterday & started to think about how much I enjoyed them. Cynthia is actually from my hometown & Chelsea is her daughter. Three things made me like these books 1.) they are set in my hometown 2.) I know the author & 3.) they were really good. Although geared for tweens I enjoyed reading them as well. We have autographed copies & I treasure them.
